Shipping Policy

At VALI, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction by delivering their orders with good quality packaging within the given time frame*. We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely and secure manner, which is why we only ship through reputed courier agencies (Canada Post/Purolator/FedEx) to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest possible time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping cost policy is as follows:

  • Free shipping is provided for all orders within Canada that are equal to or exceed CAD $50 (before taxes)
  • A standard shipping charge of $10 is applicable to all orders below $50 (before taxes), regardless of the destination within Canada.
  • For USA, Free shipping is provided for all orders within USA that are equal to or exceed CAD $100 (before taxes)
  • A standard shipping charge of $15 is applicable to all orders below CAD $100 (before taxes).

TRACKING ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and text message. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

HANDLING TIMES

We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days post dispatch (The timeframes noted above are estimates only). Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete.
